How to Create a Pin for Your Library Account

  1. On the right side of the screen under "My Library " click on "My Record" .
  2. Enter Your Last Name on the 1st line - press TAB to get to the next line.
  3. Enter your library barcode number on the 2nd line - press TAB to get to the next line.
  4. Create your PIN/Password on the 3rd line and click on "submit" - Do Not Use Symbols ( such as *,& or>) in your PIN/Password.
  5. Click on "Submit"
  6. On the next page re-enter your newly created PIN/Password on the bottom two lines.
  7. Click on "Submit" .
  8. When your name appears in the middle of the page, you have successfully created your new PIN/Password.
  9. Click "Logout" in the top right corner of the page (this closes your account)
  10. If you cannot remember your Pin please either visit the checkout desk during the hours listed above or call us at (608) 364-2911 so that we can delete your old Pin. You will then need to follow the steps above to create a new one.
