How to get a Beloit Public Library Card

Any resident of Rocky County may obtain a Beloit Public Library Card. with s valid form of ID .

People less than 16 years of age must have a parent, legal guardian or foster parent sign the application. The parent, legal guardian or foster parent must bring a valid form of ID .

People 16 or 17 years of age may either show valid form of ID or have a parent sign the applications

Residents who live in Wisconsin (except in Milwaukee County), may obtain a Beloit Public Library card by bringing in a valid form of ID .

If you do not live in Wisconsin or live in Milwaukee County, you may obtain a library card for a fee of $100.00 per year. You will also need to bring a valid form of ID .

Print out a library card application

Your library card will not expire as long as you use it to check out an item once a year.

Please inform the Circulation Department at 608-364-2911 immediately if you change your name, address, telephone number,email address or if your library card is lost or stolen.

You are responsible for all items checked out on your card prior to the time that circulation staff is notified. Lost or stolen cards are noted on the patron account at the time of notification.
