Circulation

The Circulation Department issues library cards; checks in, checks out and renews library materials; and collects fines and fees for overdue or damaged materials.

We care about the safety of your Library record. As of January 2nd, 2013, we will require that regardless of your age, you must either show your library card or a photo ID that has your name on it to check out materials from the Beloit Public Library. Thank you.
