As long as the Federal government continues to print one, we will have a notebook of reproducible forms near the Reference Desk for the Federal Forms. Wisconsin has chosen to discontinue printing this notebook.
You will be able to download forms by accessing the Federal and state IRS web sites or by contacting the IRS offices and requesting they mail them to you.
If you know the form you need the staff at the Reference Desk will be able to assist you in obtaining a print copy. The Library staff is not trained in tax matters. We will be able to help you obtain specific forms. We will not be able to tell you which forms you need.
The Wisconsin Homestead Forms will still be available at the Reference Desk.
